Cashier/Customer Service, California - June 7, 2016
The dealer they burly took over, had a good customer base. Ever sense they took over, the dealer has lost so many loyal customers. The GM of the store doesn't really care for employees only about himself. The back bone of the dealer is truly employees that are still working there and has had many years of experience of building the dealer a better place. But when under a superficial (sarcasm) first time GM that thinks it knows what it takes to build a great dealer is technically under a great team of employees that keeps that dealer at a proficient level of customer service and business. Main idea is employees they are basically the face of the dealer not ken garff. Ken Garff is basically a company with a lot of money that clearly don't care about the customer base, and employees. I would say their goal is profit and to put employees under pressure to make more money for the company or socialist company.
