Summary: This position is responsible for the coordination, direction, and management of staff recruitment and staff training activities for the Community Living, Education and Training, and Health, Clinical, and Program Supports Divisions of KenCrest.

  • Planning, Direction and coordination of ongoing recruitment and selection processes/systems to meet agency staffing needs
  • Planning, Direction and coordination of training programs/systems for new and veteran staff to meet KenCrest, best practice, and other regulatory requirements
  • Supervision of Recruitment Manager, Training Manager, and Administrative support positions
  • Lead role in development and management of Operational Standards for recruitment and training activities


  • Bachelor’s degree in Humans Services or Human Resources and 10 years of responsible experience in services for persons with developmental disabilities or other areas of human services OR Master’s Degree and 5 years of responsible experience
  • 10 years prior experience in leadership and supervision of recruitment and staff training activities
  • Human Resources Certification and /or other Training Certification preferred
  • Clear criminal record
  • Valid Driver’s license
