Working at Kennestone Hospital

I just bought a cute, remodeled 3 bd., 1.5 bath house 4 minutes from the hospital, but it looks like I'm going to be living with mom instead, so I can care for her. So, I want to post it as being for rent, but I don't know where to post it. The hospital human resources doesn't allow the public to post anything anywhere on their sites or at the hospital facilities, which limits their employees' options, but I understand it's their right to do it that way. Many have told me AJC is an expensive waste of time and money. My experiences with Craigslist is that there are too many spammers, scammers,or young, irresponsible folks. And most are in Atlanta, anyway, so you get a dozen emails from people asking for directions before they realize it's much too far for them. ideas, anyone?
