Very stable company financially but sales and manufacturing management are not congruent in their mission to sell more product.
Sales management is not forward thinking and programs and promotions to increase sales need continuous review and new programs need to be developed. Employee turnover has been high and managers continue to be promoted even in light of significant failures. Promotions do not seem to be merit based and this continues the cycle of employee turnover and hiring new people that are not getting the trend reversed.
Excellent compensation and benefits but sales people are not given the tools they need to penetrate this market and produce the results they are charged with.
Enjoyed mt employment but my commercial sales area was not receiving the support from management to continually drive growth in sales
