Poor workplace due to poor management

This place would be a decent place to work if management and the assistant director would stop trying to micromanage the employees, stopped catering to and playing favorites and pay was fair or at least paid well for what the job actually is, their union is a joke and caters to the managers and supervisors rather than the employees. There is no communication between employees due to management rushing everyone. Above all managenent needs to be overhauled, get rid of the constant micromanaging and trying to find the mistakes and focus on what's being done right rather than focusing on the wrong and never addressing what's right.
