I have always believed in our laboratory department system.
My opinion is that everything is laid down straight forward. I cannot think of any suggestions to prevent others from leaving.
My leaving is temporary to be with my husband and hopefully i could seek a Phlebotomy job or even a Clinical Lab Assistant with Kettering Health Network.
I had a 1 year schooling for nursing.
I believe I'm capable of learning things quikly inside the lab being a clinical lab assistant because of previous lab experience as well.
