While at Key Bank, I held a variety of jobs allowing me to learn about all facets of banking. Key did a great job in compensating and rewarding hard work.

Relationship Manager (Former Employee), Lakewood, WA –
Pros: helping customers with their money needs
Cons: when goals are not met, it was stressful
my typical day at work was to lead the loan officers to build their book of sales. Contacting customers and marketing Key way!

Great opportunity to be involved in the community.
Relationship Manager (Former Employee), Eagle, ID –
Pros: key4women program
Cons: weekends, long hours
What I enjoyed most was meeting new business owners and helping them to grow their business. Sharing products they might need such as a larger business line of credit. Helping them get a loan to open a new location. Helping a young child open their first savings account with a jar full of change. I really enjoyed so many of the wonderful people I worked – more...  with. – less

Fun people, good managers, days don't seem repedetive.
Personal Banker (Former Employee), West Valley City, UT –
Pros: small bonus's but at least there are some, fun people, good training programs.
Cons: depends on the position you are in.
Fun work environment, lots of people to talk to and help with questions. The management team is fun and doesn't seem stressful. The hardest part is reaching your numbers on sales. The easiest part is that there is not too much pressure or threat for losing your job if you don't reach your numbers.

Teller 1 (Former Employee), Essex, VT –
It was a great place to work with flexible hours, and the customers and other employees were great to work with. Management does not communicate with employees well and was very unprofessional at times.

Great employer with great opportunities
Teller (Former Employee), Longmont, CO –
Pros: friendly, teamwork, advancement, opportunity
Key Bank is a great employer for opportunities in advancement. The company provides great training in customer service as well as office skills that can help you in your progression for career seeking. Though, Key Bank itself is a great company as well if considering a career. Their benefits are above par and the atmosphere is very team oriented.

Mail Clerk (Former Employee), Cleveland, Brooklyn, OH –
Pros: benefits
Cons: pressure
Key is a company that has a terrific benefits and life/work program. My only problem was that Key was freezing salaries and downsizing when I left voluntarily. I should have tried to get back in.
