Key Family is a great small to mid size company to work for and the people here are truly awesome! There is a family culture here and even though the healthcare industry is in flux, the company tries to do the right thing for the people while positioning the business for success.

The CEO is very innovative and keeps Key Family involved in moving our industry forward which is very exciting.

The training program is outstanding and the people here are like a second family. As with any company, you get out what you put in but in my experience here for 13+ years, it is a place where you can enjoy your work and have opportunities for growth when you take initiative and work hard.

Great work life balance with many jobs that work from home to accommodate flexible schedules.

No advancement possibilities / hire then turn around and lay-off

Management has no idea what your job is. All they do is tell you what you are doing wrong however, they don't know that as they sit in meetings all day, making the good money, that you are doing what is best for the customer.
Hire big groups of people then turn around and lay off people that have been there for a while.

Not a fair place

Worked for Key families for over 9 years. If you were not in with the management click, you will be passed over for promotions. Management says open door and that's a joke. Even makes up complaints without providing you with any performance evaluation documentation. Does not value loyalty. All about clicks and hiring cheaper employees.

Awesome Company to Work For...

I have been at Key Benefit Administrators (a Key Family Company) for over 11 years. The company culture here is outstanding and the people are the best!

There is a positive work environment here and being part of a successful company makes it fun to come to work each day.

Excellent leadership, positive family culture, friendly co-workers, lots of opportunity and growth!
Cons
None that I think of...I love this company.
