Pros: work all you want
Cons: cost of healthcare is prohibitive, have to work many hours first.
I am attempting to change careers and have a physical limitation. They never seem to have any work for me in my new career and my work ethic is just as strong as it ever was when doing the manufacturing assignments. I have all but given up trying to find any job through a temporary service.
