Working at KeyPoint Government Solutions

Loyalty to this company is wasted and there are a lot of unhappy employees. The company lied to me from the start. I was promised promotions that never happened. So then they said that bonuses would make up the difference. But the talk about bonuses was also misleading because they keep changing the requirements for those bonuses randomly. Investigators are tremendously underpaid for the degree of knowledge they are required to have. There is no opportunity for advancement. They of course tell you there is. But there's not. So don't come into the company thinking you're going to get a raise, a bonus, a promotion. It's not going to happen! Lay offs happen all the time and have nothing to do with your performance. They have just used you up in that area and toss you aside without any warning or concern. There is no loyalty here. They just sent out a wonderful little survey that they claimed was going to help the company better serve their investigators. The survey was entirely pointed toward how well they felt they were suited to the position. It had almost nothing to do with the company or leadership. It was almost exclusively about investigators and how they were deficient as investigators instead of how well compensated they believed they were or how they could better serve the company. (for example: The company is either awesomely great, really great or moderately great. You as an investigator are either moderately not good, really not good or tremendously not good) Tremendously self-serving for leadership. Money is always the bottom line for a company. But KeyPoint is taking it to a new level. The CEO said he wanted input. But a dropdown menu without the ability to give input is a waste of time. I keep doing this job to the best of my ability, not because of the pay but because of personal integrity. Which seems to be pretty one sided. So, how do I feel about the company (drop down menu: moderately unhappy, really unhappy, very unhappy). Take a guess!
