Keystone Automotive Industries, Inc. (Keystone) is a distributor of aftermarket collision replacement parts produced by independent manufacturers for automobiles and light trucks. Keystone distributes products primarily to collision repair shops throughout most of the United States and certain areas in Canada. Its principal product lines consist of automotive body parts, bumpers and remanufactured alloy wheels, light truck accessories, as well as paint and other materials used in repairing a damaged vehicle. As of March 30, 2007, Keystone offered more than 22,000 stock keeping units to over 25,000 collision repair shop customers. In April 2007, it acquired the assets of Auto Panels Plus, based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In January 2007, the Company acquired certain assets of A-1 Auto Paint and Supply, Inc.
