The working hours at KForce were normal working hours. The hours I put in at the company were I was placed were long because we were testing to implement SAP. I learned a lot and was compensated for overtime.

First I met with Kforce's representatives - two of them. After interviewing with them for about an hour. I was asked to have a phone interview with the manager in California. The manager was of Chinese descent and was extremely difficult to understand. After the phone conversation, I was asked to visit the Bloomington office for an interview. The interview was with three managers at the same time. Only 15 minutes after arriving home after the interview, I received a phone call from Kforce and was offerred the job. Of course Wells Fargo did not want to pay a market rate and offered a lower salary than I had been making for the past several years. I turned down the offer, but Kforce agreed to pay me my higher salary while I was a contract consultant.
