They get you at least in the door
Full Time Temporary Medical Records Specialist (Former Employee), Bellevue, WA –
Pros: paid for gas
Cons: sent me to far from home
They are a good temp agency they will bend over backwards to keep you on the site. They just need to research more on the companies they are staffing.

KForce does not tell you the truth
Sr. BSA (Former Employee), Philadelphia, PA –
Cons: lack of honesty, lack of communication after start date
In a nutshell, this company is not a company you want to work for. They do not tell the truth.

Sorry agency!!!
Administrative Support (Former Employee), Tampa, FL –
Pros: pay is adequate
Cons: no communication, no security.
KForce started out good years ago, but they have gone downhill since. They don't communicate well, you never get call backs, and they seem to have an obsession with sending you to voicemail. They frankly stink as an agency.

The perfect contractual assignment
Payoff Processing Associate (Former Employee), Plano, TX –
Pros: office breakfast every two weeks, casual days on friday
Cons: no manatory set time for breaks.
A typical day at work was opening incoming mail, documenting all payoff checks, processing them on speed sheets. Posting them in a timely manner throught Bank of America data systems. A most enjoyable position. The most enjoyable part was how accuracte I could still post for the mortgagors.

Louise – May 13, 2012

I have called this Recruiter multiple times and requested a call back; I have had two returned messages but it was just phone-tag all the way. I have given up on trying to contact this office anymore!

Igman – May 13, 2012

They NEVER call you or keep you up to date on what is going on. I've written them off.

Not a good place to work
Recruiter (Former Employee), Colorado –
Not an honest place to work, aggressive sales tactics and not able to really get to know candidates or help them. Just a number.

Fast paced, enjoyable
Computer Tech (Current Employee), Kansas City, MO –
Pros: free lunch and snacks, stress free enviornment
Cons: not enough contracted jobs
I have worked 4 jobs at different locations. They were all fast paced and the jobs were well organized. On the job sites we installed desktop and laptop stations, we added dual monitors and installed video cards. The co workers were a joy to work with.

Temporary Agency
Operation Assistant (Current Employee), Buffalo, NY –
Pros: cafe, numerous vendors inside the building.
Cons: paid parking
This is a contract assignment. A typical day would be toggeling between 10 different computer screens and data entry. The workers that I worked with were friendly. My supervisor was very personable. The hardest part of the job was dealing with changes in the procedures daily.

Very Helpful
AP Analyst (Current Employee), Houston –
K Force is a great staffing company to work for. They were able to quickly find a position for me after another one fell through. I also find that they pay more then other staffing companies. They call or email me weekly to see how things are going. Overall, the experience there has been wonderful.

HR Generalist (Current Employee), Tampa, FL –
Pros: on site gym

Work/life balance is excellent. In departments other than mine, promotion opportunities abound. The company has been voted Best Places To Work for the last 5 years.

Unkept Promises
Contractor (Former Employee), San Antonio –
Pros: what pro
Cons: being a contractor sucks unless you're independent
This is only my particular experience however KFORCE seemed to have a problem keeping staff when I started out contracting for them. I was told I would be given a raise twice yearly that did not happen. I was also told that there would be opportunities for full time jobs at the company we were contracted out to work for. That didn't happen either.

Management – more...  was okay. They were friendly to me but they did not stick up for me at all. Nor did they do anything to help me out in a hostile work environment where I worked with people who looked down on me and talked to me like I was 5 years old. If I had been a real employee of the company I was contracted to work at that type of behavior would not have been tolerated by management. Instead as a contractor I was made to put up with it. In the end I lost. Which is why my review is so bad.

Benefits were in the higher paid end. They do have a decent 401K plan. In regards to getting employee information such as W-2's , pay stubs, and other records information that I needed it was too spread out. I had several contract companies websites I had to go to in order to receive that information. As a matter of fact one of the companies requires a $20 payment in order to receive a second copy of the W-2. That's ridiculous.

I think KFORCE can do and could've done better with me and a few of the other people I worked with that were KFORCE contractors. The experience I gained contracting for them was invaluable but to be a lost contractor stuck in a work mill is not something I would like to endure again in the future. – less

Easy Job, Great hours
Data Entry Specialist (Former Employee), Carmel, IN –
Pros: three hour shifts
Cons: not enough work
It was a simple job, but it didn't last long. I worked one job doing data entry for a few months, and then we ran out of work. I guess that's why they call it a temp agency.
