Poor job-client coordination
Payroll Officer/Administrator (Former Employee), Warwick, RI – June 16, 2013
Assignment did not match description, basic filing & paperwork given as tasks. Was told "do not give any advice, you are to eager". Also left in job for 3 months after repeated attempts to be moved out of position, I did not work well with the client. Was called on my last day at work and told that it was my last day. Very unprofessional.

They trusted me to perform my job independently.
Contract Staff Consultant Trauma Registry (Former Employee), Tampa, FL – June 10, 2013
Pros: trust
Cons: n/a
As a contract specialist I was responsible for my daily work activity with little to no supervision; they trusted me to be professional and perform my job to the best of my ability. They gave me the freedom to set my own schedule, take care of my own time sheet and per diem, what I submitted to them on a weekly basis was a true reflection of my activity – more... for that week. As I was not only representing myself I was also representing my company, they never doubted that. – less

Pros: i was able to work in a new field and meet new people
Cons: no con's
Each morning we greeted the children as well as the parents. We had them sign in and appointed them to the rooms where they would take their assetment test. We would read the directions to the students and informed them of where the restroom were. Once testing was complete we would call each child parents for pick up.

You should never work from hope. Try working from effort.

Great place to work!
Talent Identification Specialist (Current Employee), Tampa, FL – May 14, 2013
Pros: independent environment, option for remote work, benefits.
Cons: prepare to work all the time, and the work itself is a bit exhausting.
This is an awesome place to work! The starting pay is good for someone out of college, as well as the experience that it provides. I work in the corporate headquarters, which is larger than the other offices, but it allows for advancement and meeting new people.

Awesome individual opportunity supported by values-based company
Sales (Current Employee), DC Metro – April 30, 2013
Pros: tremendous compensation plan and freedom to manage your schedule
Cons: very high, although attainable, expectations
As a recruiter for the firm I can say that we work very hard everyday. We are committed to helping good people find good jobs. We are also very honest and fair; we do not bill more just because we can and likewise we dont pay less just because we can. Management is very fair in my opinion - if you work hard and produce results you get to stay and you're – more... very well taken care of, if you dont you're out the door. That being said, we have a terrific internal database that is very good and nationally connected. There is very little turnover both in the local offices and in the corporate office. I really like where I work because of the people I work with. There is a team mentality - we understand that we need each other to succeed and ultimately to get people to work for our clients. The hardest part of the job is not being able to control the candidates and the clients you work with. Clients and Candidates can and will change their minds at the last minute and that's frustrating. – less

Young culture, lots of learning opportunity
Field Operations, Service Coordinator II (Current Employee), San Francisco, CA – April 18, 2013
Pros: young culture, malleable to change
Cons: not a lot of training, must be empowered to self-train
As any workplace, there are ups and downs, but there seems to be more ups than downs at Kforce. In the past year and a half, being exposed to the operational side of the recruiting/staffing sphere has taught me a lot about the business. The people are great -- younger crowd, friendly, always interested in learning more than what they knew the day before. – more... The challenge is how fast-paced it can be and the deadline driven environment. The most enjoyable part of the job is the core of the business -- helping people find jobs. We survive only because we are able to help. – less
