Amazing internship where you are almost always busy. Learned more in the 10 weeks there than I learned in a 14 week college class. Staff is amazing and helpful.

Sales Associate (Former Employee) –  Round Rock, TXDecember 26, 2016
I loved working here, even if getting cussed out by the managers every day seemed normal. The cars are wonderful, and the sales and finance people are lovely. I believe they just got all new management so abuse from them shouldn't be a problem. In all, just remember that it's car sales. Always have and always will be a competitive and carefree market. Would work there again!
Pros
When it was slow you could leave, help from everyone around you
Cons
Being yelled/cussed at

KIA technician (Current Employee) –  Vallejo, CANovember 27, 2016
Company has abandoned the dealership and is in desperate need of proper leadership and staff. Upper management has been a revolving door for years and the turn around rate for all employees is very high

Productive Fun Place
Sales and Leasing Consultant (Current Employee) –  Alhambra, CAJune 7, 2016
A typical day at work is just making calls and following up with previous customers asking for referrals and appointments for the weekends.

I learned to interact with people in a very deep meaningful way to understand their needs and help to the best of my abilities as well as helping customers make the right choices.

Managers are very good and friendly, as long as you do your job they will not pressure you, very friendly and sometimes they buy you lunch, breakfast, its very comforting having that kind of management

Co worker are very friendly in a political way because it is a business but it is always best to be likable than the arrogant one.

Hardest part of job was to work up to 15 hours per day finishing contracts, also making appointments and people do not show up, if not a car is sold in 2 weeks, its just a 500 flat pay

Most enjoyable was that managers treated you very well, along with sometimes buy you lunch and vice versa. The environment itself is great.
Pros
Very good pay, chill, office oriented
Cons
Not time to eat in 12+ hours sometimes, more than 50 hours per week

Too big a company to generalize under one umbrella. There are many up's and down's to working in a large corporation. Especially when in the end, the final decision comes from overseas.

Regional Analyst (Former Employee) –  Irvine, CAMarch 12, 2015
Great starting company for anyone seeking to be in the automotive industry-corporate side. A lot of politics. You work for Koreans who will work you to the bone with a low salary.

Integration Marketing Manager, Marketing (Former Employee) –  Irvine, CADecember 31, 2014
It's hard for management below the CEO level to make a real impact on anything as the CEO has many mandates that must be carried out or you will be fired.
Pros
Health Care premiums are paid
Cons
CEO
