District Manager (Former Employee) – Tampa, FL – October 24, 2015
Great company to work and start the foundation for your career. Tremendous upside and momentum on the quest to be labeled a top tier manufacturer. Flexibility and willingness to allow employees to be entrepreneurial in their position.
Test Engineer (Former Employee) – Irvine, CA – September 25, 2014
The Managers don't know what they are doing. The type of work is easy to learn and anyone with some intelligence can learn to be a tester there in the Telematics group. I felt that they treat people unfairly, and even if one has the highest performance and works the hardest, doesn't mean that they are going to be promoted to a better position. Not fair and fun at all.
nice building, flexible hours
management is poor in the telematics engineering department
Roadside Assistance Supervisor (Former Employee) – Irvine, CA – October 17, 2013
Good copmpany to work for. Supervised a group of employees which supported Kia's Roadside Assistance Program providing customers with exceptional service. Assisted customers with warranty issues in areas where no dealers were available.

Corporate culture and values is important throughout the organization. The culture promotes structure and efficiency within, also allowing for a continuous flow of improved processes from top down with clear communication, direction, and support from upper management.
employee empowerment, cultural values and expectations, heathcare and financial benefits
Terrific group of co-workers, constant upbeat learning environment.
Senior Corporate Paralegal (Former Employee) – Irvine, CA – April 2, 2012
This was a fast paced environment which required alot of multi-tasking as it involved various aspects of coordination of the dealer body. It also required adherence to various state and reguatory statutes and being able to communicate ably and clearly to the various business departments supported by Legal. My co-workers were wonderful and supportive. The hardest part of the job was changes in management and the most wonderful part of the job was the energetic pace at which this particular position moved. There was never a dull day and I always felt like I was learning something new.
