CPO Retail Support Manager, National (Current Employee), Irvine, CAApril 5, 2015
Enjoy the new opportunities and different aspects that have been available to date. The current management in sales is more forward thinking than that of the past.

Good company, low salary
Regional Analyst (Former Employee), Irvine, CAMarch 12, 2015
Great starting company for anyone seeking to be in the automotive industry-corporate side. A lot of politics. You work for Koreans who will work you to the bone with a low salary.

Great benefits, Korean CEO
Integration Marketing Manager, Marketing (Former Employee), Irvine, CADecember 31, 2014
Pros: health care premiums are paid
Cons: ceo
It's hard for management below the CEO level to make a real impact on anything as the CEO has many mandates that must be carried out or you will be fired.

District Service/Parts Manager (Former Employee), Chicago, ILOctober 13, 2014
Provided a place to work lots of changes in upper/regional management over the time worked for which made it difficult to keep aware of yearly objectives.

Telematics Engineering team has poor management
Test Engineer (Former Employee), Irvine, CASeptember 25, 2014
Pros: nice building, flexible hours
Cons: management is poor in the telematics engineering department
The Managers don't know what they are doing. The type of work is easy to learn and anyone with some intelligence can learn to be a tester there in the Telematics group.
I felt that they treat people unfairly, and even if one has the highest performance and works the hardest, doesn't mean that they are going to be promoted to a better position. Not fair and fun at all.

Highly Cultural Environment
Regional Consumer Affairs Analyst (Former Employee), Atlanta, GAMay 30, 2012
Pros: employee empowerment, cultural values and expectations, heathcare and financial benefits
Cons: limited career advancement
Corporate culture and values is important throughout the organization. The culture promotes structure and efficiency within, also allowing for a continuous flow of improved processes from top down with clear communication, direction, and support from upper management.

Terrific group of co-workers, constant upbeat learning environment.
Senior Corporate Paralegal (Former Employee), Irvine, CAApril 2, 2012
This was a fast paced environment which required alot of multi-tasking as it involved various aspects of coordination of the dealer body. It also required adherence to various state and reguatory statutes and being able to communicate ably and clearly to the various business departments supported by Legal. My co-workers were wonderful and supportive. The hardest part of the job was changes in management and the most wonderful part of the job was the energetic pace at which this particular position moved. There was never a dull day and I always felt like I was learning something new.
