KOB makes money hand over fist and sells huge numbers of cars because it is a predator of the subprime automotive market. "Anyone can get bought" and Kia of Bedford. It's one of the few prime dealerships left where they still sell cars like the wild west. Open floor style with lots of foot traffic. Strong management team will make you money but have attitudes like prison convicts. If you have thick skin and are a strong salesman KOB has very lax work standers. Very good job if you want to be left alone and self motivated. KOB salesmen average 15 cars a month and make about 4-7k monthly. Top performers who push themselves to sell 20+ cars monthly all make over 100k annually. Strong sales training too. Great job for a old school car guy who wants to kick in consumers teeth and make a huge profit.
