*Bachelor’s degree in English or Communications preferred
*One-year + of customer service experience
*One-year + of editing experience
*Proven experience with writing and/or blogging
Duties Include Heroic Tasks Such As
*Internal Community Manager
On-board new editors.
Interact with and manage existing editors.
Interact with and manage other contractors as needed.
*Customer Happiness Coordinator
Address customer service emails and live chat requests. Be always on the ready to WOW customers.
Coordinate special requests and correspondence between customers and editors.
Continuously update the customer service knowledge base to explain how we handle recurring customer service issues.
Use positive feedback emails to generate user testimonials and add to our testimonials page.
Get to know repeat customers and their needs and habits.
*Editing Pinch Hitter
Edit documents that are at risk of expiring (or that have expired) due to lack of regular editor availability.
*Content Creation Assistant
Write blog content on an as-needed basis.
*Social Media Monitor
Monitor social media accounts and respond to customer comments and questions.
Interact with customers on social media as appropriate.
Post interesting and informative content.
What to Expect
We are a start-up team of four, looking to add our fifth full-time employee. Each member of our team has the desire to see Kibin succeed beyond our wildest dreams. You can expect to work hard and have fun. You will have a flexible schedule, but will also be expected to periodically monitor customer inquiries on the weekends.
