Being and R.C.S. means eight hours a day with clients and other staff running groups and participating in psychiatric therapeutic holistic treatment for clients. This job will teaches confidence, team work/communication, creativity, relational understanding, the ins and outs of psychiatric treatment and care. Working with the clientele can be extremely challenging and at times stressful but the staff teamwork and end result of seeing changed lives is well worth it. Management that works with you (i.e. supervisors, program directors and clinical) are supportive and generally great. There is disconnect between upper management and the direct care staff in terms of representation.

Pros: starting pay is good for this company and benefits are good
Cons: no breaks, poor management, lots of clicks.
Very high turn over, people quit left and right. People are also getting fired for questionable reasons also. Some people feel like they are working on egg shells and unsure if they are working their last shift. Alot clicks, favortism, and poor management. They are always hiring for a very good reason..... If you get hired, the best thing to do is to keep looking!!
