The management nitpicks at everything you do. They don't care about their employees. The only perks are the discounts and gratis. All of the people i worked with were awesome but the management is very greedy. They accuse you of things just to "test" you and pick favorites. They never allow for people to actually potentially grow because they hold high esteem in the managerial positions they hold and let it get to their head. Completely selfish motives. The training system and products are actually awesome but its unfortunate they could be a much better company if they didn't treat their employees with unnecessary hatred.
