Great work place, No guidance from manager
Tenant Account Analyst (Former Employee) –  New Hyde Park, NYJuly 5, 2017
Great company and Culture, but it all depends on which department you work for.

Lease administration was terrible. Managers assume that you know the accounting systems like the back of your hand from the day you start working.

No formal training from managers and/or corporate. You are left to twiddle you thumbs and "figure it out" on your own. Rather than have the managers guide you to the answer to save the company time and manpower they scold you for not knowing the answer.

Many people moved in and out of that department which can be seen from prior reconciliations that get left partially done. There needs to be a serious overhaul of training and management within that department if they wish to see any changes.

Regional Director of Property Management (Former Employee) –  Las Vegas, NVMarch 28, 2017
It was pleasure to work with very dedicated folks who wanted to get the job done at the highest quality level. Teamwork was emphasized but physical distance between departments made the team work difficult to achieve. Customer focus and service could have been implemented better. Overall a fairly good place to work.

Multi-tasking from start to finish, overall constant policies procedural/property management changes, management needed more polish and direction; co-workers were great and the best part was that I learned several softwares. The hardest part of the job was the Utility Manager System (ECOVA) ...Operations lacked preparation of implementing instructions for Property Assistants and the Tenants.

Collection Specialist Southeast and Florida Region (Former Employee) –  New Hyde Park, NYJune 27, 2012
Excellent company to work for and the staff members were always professional and team players. The hardest part of the job is getting return calls (follow-ups) from certain tenants. The most enjoyable aspect is receiving the funds as promised and speaking with various individuals. A typical day was always very busy and never a dull moment!
