Everyone is very amicable and I felt I fit in even though I was an intern. The hardest part of the job for me was finding satisfaction in what I did. My job was to follow certain procedures to the t, and very little creative thinking was required. Sometimes I would spend 3-4 hours in an afternoon sifting through several 300+ page reports looking for a few critical pieces of information.
