Terrible company with poor leadership

Cons: complete ineptitude
The people in management positions are inexperienced and rely on others, who are more qualified and should be in management. The Ops manager has a background in compliance. The head of underwriting is totally incompetent and unqualified. Kinecta is a great place to work if you are accepting of incompetency.

Cons: less pay then private banks
Credit Unions are great employers. Management focuses on customer experience, providing excellent products and low loan rates for the membership. The pay may not be as good as large commercial banks, but Credit Unions provide better benefits and work life balance. Kinecta is a great place to begin a career.
