I had an interview and did a 2 hour job shadow.... the employees were nice and had a lot of heat things to say about the company! I was excited to get the news that I would start soon! HR said that she would get back with me in 3 days only to make me wait 10 days before responding to let me know that they selected another candidate. I was disappointed, however, I know that everything happens for a reason.....

Process is kind of long. Will be called to set up an interview, then will set up a shadow to see if you like the job/ you're recommended for hire, then you have to get a physical, drug test and background test which can take like a week to get all that stuff back. Then you get scheduled for orientation which is the first day you're on the payroll then you start training. Whole process can easily take 2-3 weeks.
