MASTER CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN L1
Dependable, passionate, & honest.
HS diploma or equivalent.
20 yrs. exp. as a Master Technician in the automotive industry.
Speak fluent English.
Work with minimal supervision.
Maintain a clean facility & work area.
Maintain a low rate of comeback repairs.
Maintain a valid Texas Driver's license.
Report problems areas to management.
Possess good verbal & written communication skills.
Attend & participate in meetings as required by management.
Attend & participate in training classes as required by management.
Able to read schematics.
Able to lift 60 pounds.
Able to work longs hours.
Able to diagnose repairs needed on automobiles.
Able to read English language & write legibly. Able to work with co-workers & management.
Able to perform repairs & maintenance on automobiles.
Able to read schematics. Possess necessary tools to perform the required tasks.
Able to operate all company equipment needed to perform required tasks.
Be dependable. Perform all maintenance & repair with speed & thoroughness.
Responsible for providing quality service by performing a variety of automotive services.
Capable of achieving & maintaining ASE certification in the 8 areas pertaining to automotive repair.
These positions perform productive diagnosis, repair & replacement of general automotive parts & accessories, which may include:
Safety & courtesy inspections.
Diagnostic services through proficient use of electronic test equipment.
Specialized repair & replacement services.
Perform all maintenance & repair with speed & thoroughness.
Notify the Service advisor or owner if parts need to be ordered or delays or expected.
Request work assignment if out of work or temporarily unable to complete a job.
This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management.
