Employees do everything at Kirkland's - cashier, work the floor, move furniture, hang signs, sweep, mop, unload boxes etc. But the pay isn't really worth it. One good thing that I'm pretty sure is company wide is that a lot of the employees tend to be people with another full time job or similar circumstances, so scheduling can be fairly flexible. Additionally, stores tend to have pretty small teams so it can be a little easier to move up to management if that interests you. – less
