KleenMark, a family-owned commercial cleaning and distribution company, is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative/Appointment Setter for the Madison, WI Region. Wisconsin’s biggest commercial cleaning company has approximately 800 employees across Wisconsin, Minnesota, northern Illinois and northern Michigan and is rapidly growing. As one of the Inc. The Inside Sales/ Marketing Associate will primarily work to execute the inside sales strategy, as well as both contributing to, and executing on various marketing initiatives; all with the overarching goal of increasing awareness and in turn growing sales
The Inside Sales Representative will perform the following duties:
Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social
media to both introduce the value that Kleenmark Commercial Cleaning offers and to identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
Conduct research in order to develop a strategic prospective customer acquisition target list
Work each day to set up meetings/appointments for our outside sales team with prospective customers to grow sales.
Efficiently utilize Sales Force to enter opportunities and appointments, checking for accuracy and completeness.
Maintains our CRM driven customer database for tracking potential customers. Report call activity and participate in Sales/marketing meetings.
Work collaboratively with Marketing and Sales teams to clearly identify and qualify targeted accounts.
Work collaboratively with Marketing to identify regions for growth and target phone solicitation.
Collect as much information as possible on every call. Record this data. Identify possible opportunities for Specialty Services and Facility Supplies.
Update Salesforce Daily.
Monitor and record personal daily, weekly, monthly activity levels.
Meet weekly with Facility Supply appointment setter to share leads and resources.
Join one Networking group or industry specific organization to facilitate opportunities in the local market.
Provides excellent level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
Follow KleenMark’s “Green” practices.
Travel is required 5% of the time for this position, annually.
The ideal candidate will possess a B.S. or B.A. degree in Business Administration or other business related area of discipline and 3 to 5 years related sales experience. Additional years of education and experience may be substituted for each other, as determined by Human Resources and Sales Management. Ability to read, write and speak English is a requirement of this position.
Compensation is dependent on experience. We offer a competitive Benefit package that includes a Base Wage, Commission, Insurance and a Retirement package. EEO
