Klout Fire is seeking a Account Manager to join our growing team.

Compensation: $15/hr - $20/hr

The position will be based in the KloutFire Santa Monica office.

Position Description:

Account Manager develop and implement web marketing strategy, including SEO, PPC, social media, creative and analytics services, performing the critical task of liaising between our in-house talent and the outside client. They are the face of KloutFire.

Accountability: Responsible for meeting and achieving monthly client deliverables and goals. Reports to the COO.

The right person for the job:
-A minimum of 2 years as an Internet marketing account executive or comparable experience managing campaigns in SEO, PPC, and social media in an agency setting.
-Proficient in managing online marketing campaigns with numerous stakeholders and multiple deadlines to successful and measurable results.
-High emotional intelligence with the ability and desire to work with teams and clients of backgrounds and subject matter expertise.
-Exceptional leadership skills and the confidence to inspire others.
-Excellent writing ability.
-Can commute to Santa Monica office.

Bonus:
-Expertise in statistical analysis, data presentation and visualization/reporting
-Experience setting up tracking and goals with industry tools such Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, and etc.
-Experience developing and executing high level strategy, tying it back to metrics and KPIs
-You are a social influencer and/or a blogger.

Duties and responsibilities:
-Develop and effectively communicate marketing strategy both to the team and to the client
-Manage client relationships through goal setting, campaign execution and the reporting of results
-Prepare regular campaign status, performance and rankings reports as well as host meetings on a monthly basis to review data and discuss performance with our clients;
-Manage day-to-day client communications & maintain proactive communications ensuring our clients are informed and involved on an ongoing basis;
-Plan and manage dev. tasks, content & PR, SEO, and social media strategies and execution with the team.
