Grill Cook, Mesa, AZ - July 13, 2017
A few months into my job, I am already a bit stressed. I work fast because of my anxiety so that's why they like me. Understaffed, the coworkers I have are overworked. The management side is not so peachy. If at all, I get 15 minute breaks on 7-9 hour shifts. Plus, the shift leaders or managers hardly even get a break at all! If you like to eat, have health issues relating to anything to do with food intake, and like to stay hydrated, good luck being a Cook here. Please avoid this place if you are in school of any kind, Kneaders doesn't care if you've been here more than a couple months, that's more than most, so they will schedule you more. Back of the house is a bit scary, and you are on your own the majority of the time. They try to train people, but are hardly able to. Just, be careful with this place. I do not recommend this job. I am looking for others.
