This company is not a great place to work. On the surface it looks good. The pay is good in some roles and others are grossly underpaid. They are on their 5th sales leadership team and they have made some very poor decisions. The board believes that its the people and keep changing out the sales team but this is not leading to great improvements in sales. The latest leadership team is not as experienced and smart as the last one. They have a product that does not have enough value to drive significant growth. And are not investing enough to enhance the product. The services leadership does not think big picture and is very defensive. Building the right services model both internally and externally is key to the success of this product. They also have a poor contract with SAP that cuts deal size down significantly and prohibits growth. The Band-Aid approach will not work for this company.
