Small, reputable and fast growing Manhattan-based residential interior remodeling firm is looking for a professional, personable Designer/Salesperson/Project Manager with 7 years of NYC residential interior design AND project management experience. We are looking for one person who can design, sell and manage an entire project. Must have extensive on-site field experience, including at least 15 projects in Manhattan, and be able to supervise the trades in the field. Prefer NYC resident.

We design the projects, sell the products and then renovate kitchens, baths and complete apartment/home interiors for individual owners of coops, condo apartments and townhouses in the mid-to-high end market.
The job requires proficiency in 20/20 or Autocad or Sketchup, as well as Microsoft Excel. An essential component of the job will be excellent and frequent communication with the client, so excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are critical. The ideal candidate will know how to maintain good rapport with the client and be experienced enough to trouble-shoot unexpected field conditions. Responsibilities for project management include on-site managing, scheduling, coordinating trades and materials deliveries, quality control, problem solving and timely completions.
Design sales work will include meeting our clients at their home/apt and subsequently, designing, writing work scopes, meeting and guiding clients through product selections at our and other product showrooms.
Hours include some evening and weekend appointments.
Potential to earn 90-100+k. Average year at full time will exceed 80k
