Cons: lack of job security for new hires
They don't keep people after 6 month trial periods. Awful onboarding process and people there seem miserable

The technical work at KAPL can be very good, but sometimes the procedures and processes get in the way. The best benefit at KAPL is the 9/80 work schedule where you work 9 hour days and get every other Friday off. It has been great for quick weekend trips or for projects around the house.
