Greeting and checking in patients at a busy clinic with compassion and respect. I was proud to be a part of a non-profit organization that truly cared about our patients.
I learned that there is really great management out in the business world that really do care about the happiness of their employees and their patents. As a part of a team I learned that being myself no matter what is going on around you truly pays off in the end. I feel the hardest part of working in a busy clinic was not being able to please everybody all the time.
One of the best parts of working in a family practice setting is that you get to see the moms that you have interacted with over a period of time and getting to see the results...those sweet little babies.
