a typical day was very busy almost everyday. I learned to work a whole department by myself and help customers over the phone with product that were asking for. Daily duties are as such; organize your area, help shoppers with any and all of their related needs, distribute merchandise properly.
The atmosphere here is amazing and friendly.

I liked the comforting atmosphere and the type of customers we had were relatively pleasant. All my managers were easy to deal with and very respectful and friendly and most co-workers were also. The hardest part of my job was the down-time. I don't enjoy slow times very much but I always found things to keep me busy, even when it wasn't my job of that – more... particular day. This was the best company I have ever worked for! The management was astonishing and a pleasure to work for and with. The atmosphere was very family like and I loved everything about my experience.

Very busy and chaotic but it was worth the experience. It's a great first job for a teenager. Co-workers were always willing to help when needed.

The employees are very nice and care about each other. The management team is nice and usually tries to work with you. It is a fun and exciting place to work. If your not a department head you wont get 40 hours a week. But its great for a part time job. They are flexible with hours and if you request for a day off they will honor it.

There is always something to do to keep busy at kohls whether its organizing the store to helping customers on the sales floor or checking customers out at the registers. The people who work there are all great and friendly.

Oversee all Operations of the store. Responsible for hiring and overall payroll. Oversee the daily Operations from unloading trucks to merchandising. Love working with the associates and watching them develop and grow with the company. Enjoy customer interactions and taking care of there needs. Looking for opportunity in a growing company.

Fast paced, always busy days majority of the time. Always something to do. My co-workers were fun to work with; they made my day go by faster. The hardest part was on busy days keeping the floor clean & keeping up with the fitting rooms at the same time. The best part would be on closing nights & i had my fitting rooms cleaned up & the floor recovered.

Great place to work but hours are light unless it certain holidays

A typical day at work I help customers with anything needed. I have learned how to be a supervisor of an area. The management is encouraging with positive reinforcement. My co-workers are nice to work with. The hardest part of my job is to make the floor look 100 percent everyday. The most enjoyable part of my job is getting to help customers.

This was my third job that I had, and I had fun working there. I also made a lot of friends here as well, and that have lasted after I left. There was never anything hard about the job, and never any problems with the managment either.
