Crane Inspection and Repair Technician (Former Employee) – Oregon and Southern Washington – September 13, 2013
afraid of heights? demanding environmental and safety hazards. Benefits were ok, but long hours and some travel. Lots of paper work! Selling is involved. I liked the outdoor locations, Oregon is beautiful.
Sales Rep (Former Employee) – Rocky Hill, CT – March 17, 2018
"Management" lacked basic skills unless they perceived a problem, in which case they would do their best to attack and remove the problem (a 20-year successful salesman was terminated because he disagreed with the so-called "manager". No communication between co-workers.. "Management" did not hesitate to demean, degrade and badmouth any employee within earshot of others. Unprofessional to the max.
After hours and weekends, any time I didn't have to be there.
Payroll Clerk (Former Employee) – Moline, IL – March 11, 2018
Learned different aspects of personal things that were kept track of.. How do mark employees information and make sure their appropriate information was correct for paying purposes. The management I dealt with were very nice and easy to deal with. I received all the incoming mail for the office and distributed to appropriate personnel. Worked in the mail and helped with the stamping of the outgoing mail to places all over the world.
Interaction with the staff in the personnel department were awesome to work with
The quietness on each floor was a bit strange for such a busy and big company
