Field Applications Engineer (Former Employee) – Fremont, California – October 12, 2012
I had been working with this company for almost 5 years. It is a friendly place to work with from the beginning. Co-workers were quite nice. However, the company itself gave employees almost no compensation or raise in salary, only gave compensation based on or lower than inflation annually. When it needed to reduce force to save money, it always laid off employees secretly and individually. In these days, it is O.K to work with but definitely not the best place to work with.
