Pros: pay is good, benefits are good, and free bagels everyday
Cons: micromanagement, and not priced or positioned right to succeed
A lot of micromanagement and haven't figured out their place in the market or a go to market strategy yet. If they can figure out where they fit in the market and make some changes in management they could be a great company in a few years, if not they may not be around very long. They pay well, but have many issues to fix.
