I would go into work, punch in and begin to interact with the children and parents. There were some staff that were great role models for me, and others that were not. I did learn some great ideas from the center, that I will use in my career as a teacher.
I became a stronger person and more confident in my abilities as a teacher. I learned many activites that I will carry with me and teaching stratigies. I liked having a job chart, and a center time system. These things worked well in the classroom,
The owners of Kountry kids were very nice, but they did not know what went on in the classrooms. They should have been more involved in there business.
The hardest part of my job was handling difficult behaviors. I had the two and three year olds, and it was a tough class, but I loved seeing them interact together, and I enjoyed making lesson plans that the children loved
