Kozlowski Orthodontics, a leader in its industry, and a company poised for continued growth, is looking for a Treatment Coordinator to join our progressive orthodontic practice. We are seeking an outgoing, self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion to help people. We will train the right candidate!

Q: What does a Treatment Coordinator do?

A: The role of Treatment Coordinator is integral to the Kozlowski Orthodontics team. The Treatment Coordinator (or TC) is responsible for meeting with all new patients. As part of the new patient process, you will greet each patient, have mild clinical interaction taking photos and x-rays and review the patient's reasons for seeking treatment. You will then brief the doctor who will review the patient's records and devise a treatment plan. Together with the doctor, you will present the plan to the patient and address any questions they may have. From there, you will discuss finances and schedule next steps. There is also significant follow-up with patients and other doctors after the initial exam.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in commissioned sales
  • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate one-on-one with the doctor
  • Charismatic personality with a strong rapport with children and adults
  • Possess enthusiasm, tact, patience and a sense of humor
  • Experience working with children
  • Proven time-management skills with the ability to stay on schedule and organized
  • Process information quickly and adapt to changes

This position is approximately 36 hours a week Monday-Thursday. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
