Sr. Fund Accountant, Menlo Park, CA - March 2, 2016
I was able to work very independently and my days ranged from hectic to slow and I never really knew what the day would bring. I learned a lot here, but multi-tasking was what I learned most. Our CFO is wonderful, he has a heart of gold and always looks out for his employees. I respect my Supervisor very much, she has a lot of knowledge and is a working mom like myself. Everyone here is very friendly and outgoing with diverse backgrounds. The hardest part of the job is when I have 5 different clients asking for things ASAP, how to prioritize what order to get the work done, trying to please everyone can be challenging. The most enjoyable part of my job was the ability to work from home once a week, as well as, when my son was sick or his school was closed. Flexibility is wonderful to have when you're a working parent.
