A typical day at work includes a lot of cleaning, organizing and lifting. I have learned that not everyone understands the importance of cleaning as you go and preparing for the next shift as if you would like it to be as well. Management does not like to deal with conflict and rather avoids communication. Employees are stressed and frustrated, ready to leave the work place at any time. The hardest part of the job is to keep my team motivated and dealing with rather difficult customers. The most enjoyable part is when customers thank us and are happy.
