Shift Manager (Former Employee), Johnson City, TN – April 23, 2013
Worked there for eight years it was a good job, everyday something happenend for instance an employee calling in or quitting. I learned how to do everything in there for six months I was the General Manager. I knew how to do deposits, control cash flow, inventory and etc. Everyone was nice to work with as far as management or crew. The hardest part – more... was when we were shorthanded and we were extremeley busy or the KBE accessors were there grading us something always seem to happen. I knew the job I was comfortable it was my element. – less

Pros: free drinks.
Cons: no healtcare and management
Working at Krystal's was, in most part, very upbeat. From the customers to the crew members. Everyone knew there position and for the most part, did them well.
Master Cashier (Former Employee), Atlanta Ga – March 26, 2013
Pros: 50% of every meal
Cons: short breaks
Krystal was a very fast past an speedy job working with others whats the fun part of my job. Team work was the best and be able to work with others makes you stand out. i learn to work a fast pace suggestive sells and keep my customers happys. My mangement was good i was promoted three months after having the job then the follow three months i was about – more... to promoted again. My co-workers was kind of tuff but i wasnt upset with them they taught me everything i needed to know to help me move up at the job. The hardest part of the job was working drive-thru thurs-sunday those are the busiest days and working the night shift by yourself with over a hundred transactions and several big orders. My enjoyable part of my job was being able to go to place where i was welcome and was looking forward to work. drive-thru was fun but hard at the same time but i enjoy meeting new people and making sure they was satisfied. – less
Cashier (Former Employee), Greenwood, MS – March 12, 2013
Pros: they worked with my school schedule
Cons: cashiers doing janitors job
I really enjoyed the job. It was a great learning experience. I learned how to deal with work and school at the same time. My co-workers were a lot of help when difficult times came. For example: lunch time. The hardest part of the job was being in high school and not having anytime for my high school activities. The most enjoyable part was trying to – more... be perfect and not make a mistake. – less

Cook (Former Employee), Kingsland, GA – February 25, 2013
Pros: good working environment
Cons: no hours
Very peaceful. Learned how to at a fast pace. Management was good. My co-workers were very fun to work with. There isn't anything hard about working at Krystal's. The most enjoyable aspect of the job was conversing with co-workers.
Cashier (Former Employee), Clinton, TN – January 31, 2013
A typical day at work was awful for me because of my manager. She was always hateful and put everyone down. I never let it bother me but alot of people did. As far as management their it was definitely strict. It didn't bother me until the day I had to miss work and they told me not to come back unless I had a doctor's note. I never missed a day and – more... I was always on time. I even called and told them ahead of time that I wasn't gonna be able to make it. I didn't have a babysitter that day and they still did that to me. It didn't bother me that much because my last 3weeks of working their they had me on the schedule for 2days a week for 4hrs a day. I was wasting more money for gas to get there then I was making on my check. The hardest part of the job was that I had to do my job and everyone else's job at the same time when they was slacking. I enjoyed serving the people more than anything else there. – less
Crew member (Current Employee), Ft.Lauderdale Fla. – July 20, 2012
Pros: good hours
Cons: not enough pay, raises are hard to get as well as promotions
a typical day at work would usually start by, me clocking in and taking my position, make sure i have all the material i need for the 2-3 hour marking time, my co workers were all friendly people it was indeed a diversity work place so i managed well with others. The hardest part of the day i would say would be the mid day rush, thats when we have none – more... stop ordes costing at a minimum of $15 per car with only so many minutes to prepare the food. The most enjoyable part of the day is when weve achieved good sales and the boss is smiling from ear to ear and everyone is working as a team. – less

Calm, cool days at work. I learned how to make various things. Management is wonderful. Co-workers are the bomb. Hardest part of the job is when you have to clean.
