Great team
Team Member/Cashier (Former Employee), Hazlehurst, GAMay 8, 2014
Pros: employee discounts, friendly staff
Cons: not trained properly
I enjoyed working with the other team members and the managers, but I didn't like being thrown out on my own with little to no training during lunch hour on my first day. I was told I would have someone there helping me learn the ropes, but I was in fact on my own from the beginning. When I had questions, they always got answered but not always thoroughly.

Difficult work enviroment, poor management
Cashier (Current Employee), msMay 5, 2014
A typical day at work is not easy and most of the time crazy, I have learned that Krystal is nothing like any other fast food establishment. The management is poor and the store is ran very poorly. I enjoy the people I work around, they are what makes my job fun. The hardest part of the job is pretty much the whole day. The most enjoyable part of the job is learning new things and being around other people.

Loved the enviornment
Cashier (Former Employee), Macon, GAApril 8, 2014
I thoroughly enjoyed the days I was scheduled to work. I learned to multitask efficiently and in a timely manner. Everybody from the general manager down to the janitor was very enjoyable to be around. The most enjoyable was being able to come into work and love being there. Learning the menu was the hardest things because of the variety but it is learn able after a few tries.

Krystal
Cashier/Crew Member (Former Employee), Macon, GAMarch 14, 2014
A typical day at Krystal consist of other employees not wanting to work as hard as you. I was constantly on my feet trying to pick up others slack. I learned that fast-food restaurants wasn't my thing so I decided to enlist in the military. Management was not willing to help or listen. I switched to another Krystal just because I thought things would get better but it didn't.

I couldn't handle rush hour and the management was terrible. You have more than what you job description requires.
