Krystal Shift Manager (Former Employee), Jacksonville Beach, FL – August 28, 2015
I would nor let none of my friends or family eat there. I asked for a review to see what I needed to improve on to get better at my job and to get a raise but never got the review. They don't care about there stores keep up at all. Things needed to be fixed and but they would not spend the money. It was all about the money.
The atmosphere was very busy; so the ability to multitask was very imporatant.
Cashier (Current Employee), Lithonia, GA – February 23, 2014
Pros: meeting new people
Cons: very stressful
I work with some great people. My managers were awesome as well. The store stayed clean and friendly. I never had any real problems. The only problems I did have were minor ones. Other then that, everything was good.

Pros: fast advancements
Cons: no support from home office
This company has been bought out by a new finance company and they do not support the long term people they have. They are not giving the new managers proper training to run million dollar restaurants.
Cashier (Former Employee), Bradenton, FL – November 6, 2013
The company is great the hours could be much better with full time for employees other then management. The management is full of a staff that has a lot of growing up to do they need better management and more reliable crew members. Staff is not very friendly.
CASHIER (Former Employee), Macon, GA – October 18, 2013
Pros: meeting new people
A typical day at this job is busy steady and sometimes confusing. I learned how to value everyone feelings and how to handle customers as our own family. Management was not the worst and not the best either. The hardest part of the job was to handle a upset customer and working with someone who didn't want to work. The most enjoyable part of the job is meeting new people each day and seeing the regular ones.
Shift Leader, Cashier, Crew Member (Former Employee), Orlando, Florida – September 30, 2013
