Fun first job, good experience with fun co-workers
Cashier/Cook (Former Employee), Southaven, MSMay 7, 2013
Pros: steady schedule with overtime if desired, wonderful co-workers
Cons: poor managerment, long hours
I enjoyed this job because my customers and co-workers made it worth coming in everyday. I had customers who knew what they wanted every time and I had fun knowing their order and suggesting new things as we added them to the menu. My co-workers were friendly and always helpful. I learned so many new things and kept steady hours. I only left my job – more... to relocate to Columbus and find other employment here. – less

Cashier (Current Employee), Americus, GAApril 27, 2013
A typical day at work requires greeting all customers and fulfilling all of a customer's needs. I learned how to work in a stressful yet courteous environment where the co-workers are nice and attentive. The hardest part of my job was learning to deal with a rush of orders in which I concorded. The enjoyable part was to meet different people.

Production Crew (Current Employee), Jacksonville, FLMarch 4, 2013
A typical day at work for me is a busy one. After the manager tells me what position I'm working, I get right to work. I also help other co workers when i'm not busy in my own position. Management is good here but could use some improvement. We rarely have any all-store meetings to discuss any changes or any issues amongst the store. I like the co workers – more... I have. We as a group make fun of the day, even when its busy. The hardest part of the job...there isn't one to me. I know how to work every position. The most enjoyable part of the job is the fun times that my co workers and I have. – less

Production Master (Current Employee), Kimball, TNFebruary 15, 2013
They work with you on your schedule and your days off. Though it is Fast food so you have slow seasons then you have seasons that just kick you into action a lot more than you'd expect.

productive, but sometimes stressful workplace
Shift Leader (Former Employee), Franklin, TNFebruary 14, 2013
Pros: great customers, friendly co-workers, fun managers
Cons: advancement and raise issues
We would take orders and cook food for the customers. My co-workers were great. The ones who stayed were great to work with. We did have a problem with keeping help on some shifts. Advancement and raises didn't really seem to come that often and it would leave some to think that it would never happen. The best part of the job were the people I worked – more... with. Everyone on my shift were a lot of fun and I would do anything for them. – less

Not a great place to wrok. No job advancement
Master cashier/Shift Leader (Current Employee), Hinesville, GAFebruary 12, 2013
Pros: i had the best supervisor when i worked there, when bobby bevis left the company, so did i because the unfairness really set in.
Cons: just the compnay it self is on big con
The company was a great place to work until the Supervisor that I worked for left. Once he left so did I. I didnt feel we worked as a team anymore. It was more of a work place divided.

Cashier and Production Team Member (Former Employee), Bowling Green KYJanuary 24, 2013
Cons: poor management, no job security
Hideous company to work for, soul crushing job. Always under threat of termination for even the slightest mistake, management is terrible and never helps, and you work in unsanitary, uncomfortable kitchens all day.

Co-workers were really nice.
Cashier/Stocker (Former Employee), Live Oak, FLJanuary 24, 2013
Pros: let me off when needed.
Cons: not enough hours.
Typical day at work would be: I clocked in and took orders. handled money and gave food. stocked and cleaned.
I learned to be quick and to be happy regardless if a costumer in unhappy and do anything to please the costumer and the costumer is always right.
Management was okay and my co-workers were very nice,
There was no hard parts and the most enjoyable – more... was my co-workers. – less

Working at Krystal
Cashier (Former Employee), Jacksonville, FLJanuary 22, 2013
Pros: the atmosphere
Cons: the pay
A typical day at work was providing customer serrvice which included taking orders and talking to people, and working the cash register. I learned how to run a cash register because working at Krystal was the first job I ever had as a teenager. I learned how to work a cash register, and provide good customer service. Managment was okay i worked with – more... some pretty good managers but the head managment were not on the same page. My co-workers was cool we were like a family we had our fights and we fussed but we were still friends at the end. The hardest part of the job was always being on drive-thru and having the beeping in your ears all the time. The most enjoyable part of my job was working the first window because all you do is take the orders and run the cash register you don't have to hand out the food. – less
