The interview process was a three step process. First I talked to the district manager, then the store manager, then the general manager.

Very simple. You will receive a call back, which is something the majority of employers wont do. It will be a very casual interview with the manager of the store you're applying at, and that persons boss. Typical questions like, what do you bring to the table? What are your goals? What are you looking for in an employer?
