Wonderful Place to Work
Cashier (Former Employee), Jefferson, WIJanuary 13, 2015
The workplace was very nice and balanced. The managers and leaders made it easy to ask questions about your job and also encouraged moving forward in the company. It was a great atmosphere to work in and around.

Fun challenging work days
Retail Co- worker (Current Employee), Northfield, MnJanuary 5, 2015
Typical day is assisting a variety of customers with their transactions or helping them around the store. Keeping the store stocked and cleaned at all times. Co- workers are really great. The hardest part would be dealing with the guests that aren't so friendly or understandable but still doing it with a smile on your face and making sure that they leave happy! It's truly wonderful though when you can really make a guest smile when you know they are having a rough day!

Easy, fast-paced work.
Customer Service Associate (Current Employee), WisconsinDecember 25, 2014
Kwik Trip is a very easy place to work when you are customer oriented and can handle a fast pace. Co-workers are great, though the current store leader I work under is hard to work for. Also, for an 8 hour day, most employees are only receiving one 10 min break when we should be getting two. The exception to this is for the employees that smoke.

Great people to work with.
Kitchen Crew (Current Employee), Antigo, WIDecember 5, 2014
Pros: great coworkers and pay.
Cons: short breaks and no lunch break no matter how many hours are worked.
I am responsible for ensuring that there is an adequate amount of cooked foods and deli foods available to customers for optimal sales. I've learned that, although I may be good at my job here, this is not my ideal, permanent, career choice. The hardest part of my job is enduring the physical demands of the position. I enjoy working with all of my co-workers and love the management, unfortunately, the position I hold is not my ideal career choice.

Friendly people. Team work is an everyday thing. Everyone works very well together. Most enjoyable part of the job are the people I get to interact with.

Loved the work
Cashier (Former Employee), New Holstein, WINovember 12, 2014
Pros: customers
Cons: management
I loved the atmosphere. Meeting and greeting new people everyday and also getting to know regular customers. However, the management was a poor example for the company. There were harassment issues with my manager that were brought up to the district manager and things were not handled in a very professional way and eventually it was just looked passed completely.

Cons: sometimes not enough cahiers, to short of breaks
Typical work day- 8 hours to 8 1/2 hours

Hardest was learning to deal with the stress at times when it was so busy and you were the only cashier at the counter

Cons: short breaks.
Kwik Trip has been a great place to work, from day 1 to current, many people have added to this company and help it to continue to grow, with great interaction with our customers we feel like a real place that people can come to visit, instead of just come to buy product.
