Kyocera/Mita did a good job becoming a viable player worldwide, however was strictly price driven

Even though Kyocera hired experienced DSM's and service personnel from the top tier vendors (Ricoh, Canon & Konica), they've been unable to implement programs for the dealer channel. The requirements of travel & hours in the field is excessive with all the reporting and home office support needed. The most enjoyable part of the job was clearly the compensation, which is 20-30% greater that the top 3.

Kyocera Mita is a good quality company

When i worked here you where a closed knit family. The management was very nice and helped you day to day. The problem was the lack of advancement to other parts of the company. If that was available i would still be there today.

I learned quite a bit from working there. The only draw back was the long commute into work everyday. I would still be working there if I hadn't been laid off.
