Fast-paced, but everyone is trying to get the job done. Management was tactful and identified needs of each worker. Co-workers were mostly supportive and would lend a hand if you fell behind. The hardest part of the job was customer service. Wait staff often times took more of the blame if food was sub-par. The most enjoyable part was the synergy in the kitchen. This got the job done in a timely fashion.
