This is a great company I actually hated to leave. I had my mind set at retiring their.

Cons: i have no cons at all
Its a well astablished company that bennefits all its employees. With the package thats included once you start. I mainly liked the family oriented and environment that was their daily. I was assigned 36 hrs per wk mon a manyatory base, but I worked a minum of 60hrs per week. I loved it what can I say.

Good pay. No other incentives.

Pros: pay.
Inexperienced management overseas. Blatant favortism shown when promoting Management and Leads. Employees are written up by inexperienced Leads and Supervisors with little or no investigation. Supervisors do not know how to investigate allegations and are writting disciplinary actions based on hear say. These actions are preventing well qualifeied employees – more...  the opportunity to advance in the company.

Whenever a rebutal is submitted, there is little or no feedback to the employee, although it is written in their Equal Opportunity Hand book and the training they require each employee to take annually, all complaints submitted will have a response not later than 30 days from submittal. DOES NOT HAPPEN.

It is not a employee friendly company. Absoutely nothing is done to bolster morale for employees working overseas, away from their family. The only incentive, is the pay. That is the only reason people work for them. I suppose that is the way contract companies do business? – less

Pros: no micro management
Cons: work hours are tough
only reason for not having the job is that they lost some contracts so i dont think they will be hiring anyone in the near future great place to work to bad they dont have the funds to keep people around
