Position within L.A.D. Global Enterprises, Inc. is for an Administrative Assistant/Customer Service.
This position would begin with basic job responsibilities but enormous potential for growth within the company. Currently a small company of 10+ employees.
Pay Scale: Full Time Hourly ($12-15) with extreme upside and rapid growth to a salaried employee with increase in pay if job responsibility expands based upon candidates growth within the company.
- Ability to Multi-task is essential to being successful within our organization
- Computer Skills (Excel & Word are required) - Office 365 & Accountmate Experience is a plus.
Educational/Previous Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) in business (Administration, Management)
Immediate Job Responsibilities:
-Answer all incoming phone calls; directing them to the proper team member, and taking messages as needed.
-Act as a customer service representative for all accounts for customers who call in with questions.
-Fill in the gaps, assisting in creating additional spreadsheets, contacting outside account representatives, and assisting the President and Vice President in tasks.
-Prepare and process purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices for product from beginning to end.
-Request and test pre-production samples for all new PO’s placed. -Maintain records of goods ordered and received, as well as all shipping documents, customs documents, and freight forwarder invoices and documents.
-Participate in the business development of LAD; creating products based on the current needs and wants of the current demand.
-Keep and continue to build rapport with all my current and potential customers.
-Maintain communications with our overseas offices in China; answering questions, tackling problems, and making sure deadlines are met or exceeded.
-Direct and coordinate activities in each account concerning production, pricing, sales, and distribution of products.
-Negotiate transportation rates and services of moving product.
-Design and implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with company owners and staff members to make the office procedures more efficient and streamlined.
-Manage the QC of each production; ensuring each aspect of the product meets the rigorous inspection set forth by LAD Global.
-Maintain FDA approval on a yearly basis, update my knowledge on medical excise taxes, and complete SMA licensing approval forms as needed.
Additional Job Responsibilities Could Include:
-Maintain, create, and manage financial statements, sales and activity reports, and performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement, determining areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
-Organize and maintain each account’s financial records, forecast models, and logistics.
-Design and maintain a forecasting model to represent the future growth of the company
--Determine the prices, and when and how often for price changes goods and services to be sold based on forecasts of customer demand.
-Negotiate with our offices overseas, as well as our customers, to improve supply chain efficiency and sustainability.
-Direct distribution center operation to ensure achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy, or timeliness of orders placed by customers.
-Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and determine if the product fits the needs and capabilities of one another.
-Source items for both accounts; researching contacts in that field, and making the best decision for the company both financially, and ethically.
