Customer Service Representative needed for a fast paced, casual working environment Labor Systems is a provider of temporary employment services in the construction, manufacturing, general labor (skilled & unskilled) job markets, clerical and hospitality. Labor Systems has an opening for a Customer Service Representative
who has the ability to work effectively with individuals of all backgrounds and skill levels.
This is an internal, full-time position with Labor Systems.

Primary responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to the following:
Assist new applicants with the employment process
Dispatch workers for daily job assignments
Prepare work tickets and dispatch workers for daily job assignments
Input and maintain computerized customer account information
Process temporary worker payroll from completed work tickets
Input and maintain accounts receivable to ensure accuracy of the billing process
Conduct billing and closing procedures
Provide office support by organizing and maintaining the office filing system, and operate the basic office equipment
(fax, phone, etc.)
Assign and collect working gear and tools
Assist with other job related duties as needed
SALARY: DOE SHIFTS: (must be flexible to work between 5 a.m-5 pm)

Must have a minimum of 1 year experience of customer service, retail and/or clerical work experience
