Job Description:
Provide information and support to sales, operating and administrative team members by developing reports and reporting processes from myriad information sources.

Primary Responsibilities:
Business analytics needs assessment, development and project plan management
Analytics systems implementation, training and support
Assist with ongoing Analytic Report development (internal and external)
Execution of internal and external one-off information requests (internal and external)
New Client Installations
Handle ad hoc client requests
Support Data Base construction and management
Client Relationship Development and Objectives
Prospective Client Sales Support
Financial Analysis Support for Executive Team including support for financial reporting and taxes
Additional Job Duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:
College degree required, IT, Accounting or Finance focus helpful
Solid PC skills – experience in Microsoft Office suite
Experience with myriad software e.g. reporting/billing/database/CRM/general ledger (Quickbooks)
1-2 years’ experience in operations/administrative end of business intelligence/analytics.
1-2 years’ experience in medical billing, insurance or related field in a position that required constant client contact and analysis of financial metrics and forecasting
Solid communication skills (both written and verbal) to company and client executive teams
Ability to demonstrate grace under pressure while managing the needs of multiple clients
